3-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 3-day full refund guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 3 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund, provided you have not yet used any Premium or Enterprise features.

Note: This guarantee applies only to the first payment of a new subscription. Renewal payments are not subject to the 3-day guarantee. Refunds take approximately 7 working days to process.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund request must be made within 3 days of the transaction.
  • You must not have used any Premium or Enterprise service features (0 requests used since upgrade).
  • Process will take 7 working days to complete.
  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan immediately upon refund request.
  • Enterprise plans with custom-negotiated contracts follow the specific refund terms outlined in those contracts.
