Deletion Policy
Marketine Lab complies with data protection regulations. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our system, please follow the methods below.
Method 1: Manual
Open the Profile menu in the sidebar, then select the Delete Account option (if available). Your account will be immediately closed and your data will enter the permanent deletion queue within 30 days.
Method 2: Contact Support
Send a data deletion request email to our support team. Our team will validate your request within 3-5 business days.

What will be deleted?
- Profile Information (Name & Email).
- All Business Catalog data you have created.
- Chat history and messages processed by AI.
- Authentication credential data.
Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
